Returns Policy

As all of our items are custom made at the time of purchase we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, we ask that you please choose carefully. Happy customers are really important to us, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. In the unfortunate event you really aren't happy with your purchase, please make contact with us to discuss by emailing hellovinyljunkies@gmail.com. All items are checked prior to shipping, however in the unlikely event that you find an item faulty, please contact us to discuss replacement, alternative item or a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping within New Zealand
The shipping rate for a tracked parcel within New Zealand is $6.00. Large custom items within New Zealand is $10.00. We do live rurally, so on receipt of shipping confirmation please allow time for courier drops, but just know your goodies are on their way!
Standard postage within NZ ($1.50) is available on selected items only, but is at the purchasers own risk. No refunds will be given for lost packages via standard post. Please allow 3-5 working days for your goods to arrive, however this time frame is not guaranteed.
International Shipping
Standard postage to Australia ($3.00) is available on selected items only, but is at the purchasers own risk. No refunds will be given for lost packages via standard post. Please allow 6-10 working days for your goods to arrive in Australia, however this time frame is not guaranteed.
We are happy to ship anything internationally on request. Please email me the details of your order and your location to obtain a shipping quote.
