Already have the perfect board, mirror or sign? We'll create your personalised seating chart in vinyl, ready for you to apply.
Suitable for smooth surfaces including acrylic, glass, mirrors, painted or smooth timber and blackboards.
Simply provide the width and height of your sign and we'll design your seating chart proportionally to achieve the best fit – there's no need to work out the decal size yourself.

Completed Acrylic Sign
Not keen on the DIY? Let us take care of it for you. Your seating chart will be professionally applied to 4.5mm acrylic, creating a finished sign that's ready to display on your wedding day.

Lettering is available in matte black, matte white or colours from our matte vinyl range, making it easy to coordinate your seating chart with your wedding colour palette.

Personalisation & Fonts
Your seating chart is completely personalised with your heading, table arrangements and guest names.
Click here to view our range of wedding fonts, then take note of the font code(s) you'd like and include these in the description/instructions when ordering. You can mix fonts too – for example, a beautiful script for your heading paired with a simple, easy-to-read font for guest names.

Sending Your Seating Plan
Once you've ordered, email your finalised seating plan to hellovinyljunkies@gmail.com.
Please organise your guest list clearly by table and provide all names exactly as you'd like them to appear. We recommend checking spelling and table allocations before sending it through.
Proofing
A digital proof is included with every order so you can check your fonts, layout, names and table allocations before anything is produced.
Changes are welcome during the proofing stage – we'd rather you be completely happy with your finished seating chart.
We recommend sending your seating plan once it's as close to final as possible, but we know wedding plans can change! If names or table arrangements need adjusting during proofing, just let us know.
Production only begins once you've approved your final proof.
DIY Application
For larger seating chart decals, we highly recommend using a Vinyl Application Squeegee.
It helps secure the transfer tape before application, firmly apply the vinyl to your surface and smooth out air bubbles for a clean finish.
Application instructions are included with your decal.
