Personalisation & Fonts
 
Your seating chart is completely personalised with your heading, table arrangements and guest names.
 
Choose your fonts from our Wedding Font Collection, then enter the font code(s) you'd like when ordering.
 
You can mix fonts — for example, a beautiful script for your heading paired with a simple font for guest names.
 
Lettering is available in matte black or matte white, with other colours from our matte vinyl range available on request.

Sending Your Seating Plan
 
Once you've ordered, email your finalised seating plan to hellovinyljunkies@gmail.com.
 
Please organise guests clearly by table and provide all names exactly as you'd like them to appear.
 
Proofing
 
A digital proof is included with every order so you can check your fonts, layout, names and table allocations.
 
Changes are welcome during proofing. We know wedding plans can change, so if something needs adjusting, just let us know.
 
Production only begins once you've approved your final proof.
