Simply provide the width and height of your surface, along with your seating plan, and we'll design everything proportionally to achieve the best fit — there's no need to work out the decal size yourself.
 
Suitable for smooth surfaces including acrylic, glass, mirrors, painted or smooth timber and blackboards.

Personalisation & Fonts
 
Your seating chart is completely personalised with your heading, table arrangements and guest names.
 
Choose your fonts from our Wedding Font Collection, then enter the font code(s) you'd like when ordering. You can mix fonts too — for example, a script for your heading with a simple, easy-to-read font for your guest names.
 
Lettering is available in matte black or matte white, with other colours from our matte vinyl range available on request.

Sending Your Seating Plan
 
Once you've ordered, email your finalised seating plan to hellovinyljunkies@gmail.com.
 
Please organise guests clearly by table and provide all names exactly as you'd like them to appear.
Proofing
 
A digital proof is included with every order, giving you the opportunity to check your fonts, layout, names and table allocations.
 
Changes are welcome during proofing — production only begins once you're completely happy and have approved your final design.
 
Application
 
Your seating chart decal is supplied with transfer tape and application instructions, ready for you to apply.
 
For a decal of this size, we highly recommend using a Vinyl Application Squeegee to help secure the transfer tape, firmly apply the vinyl and smooth out air bubbles.
